Most orders will ship same day for in stock items placed before 10am EST on normal business days*.

*Monday through Friday, excluding holidays

We will notify you within 24 business hours if any items you ordered are out-of-stock.

WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY LOSTS OR DAMAGES ONCE WE HAND IT OUT TO THE COURIER. ALL ITEMS ARE SECURED AND INSPECTED MULTIPLE TIMES FOR QUALITY ASSURANCE.

Apparel and other merch ships Monday through Friday excluding holidays. The shipping cut-off time is 12pm EST. Orders placed after 12pm EST will be processed the next business day. All shipping dates are pending credit card verification for in-stock merchandise. Please allow 1-2 business days for your order to process before it is shipped. Deliveries occur Monday - Friday.

We need a little more time to create your amazing, personalized apparel. Please allow an additional 7-14 business days processing time for orders with custom print. Once your personalized apparel has been created, your order will ship with the shipping method selected at checkout.
choosing "priority shipping" generally doesn't mean your order will be processed and shipped before other orders; it simply means that once your order is ready to be shipped, it will be sent out using a faster "priority" shipping method, which typically results in a quicker delivery time compared to standard shipping.
