If your order gets returned to us due to insufficient address or incorrect address on your order, you will need to pay shipping  again in order for us to reship back to you . 

Once a package is mailed, if it becomes lost, stolen, damaged etc, it is unfortunately beyond our control and considered to be out of our hands. Please contact your local Post Office ( USPS) and provide customer service with your tracking number and they will assist you further.  Thanks.
